The main theme of the course is about how the organs work inside the human body, with respect to traditional Chinese medicine. Practically, the course aims at helping students prevent diseases and stay healthy through common recipes and quality sleep.

近年癌症、心血管病等危重疾病漸趨年輕化,如何及早預防成為目前關注的課題。本講座旨在闡明中醫學上五臟六腑的概念。五臟六腑的概念,是中醫養生學上的重點。實踐上,希望能通過普通飲食及睡眠這兩個“價廉物美”的途徑,再加上適當的小腿穴位按摩,幫助參與者達到預防疾病,保養身體的效果。

 

Purpose 課程目的:

  • Discuss the relationship between organs and health regimen.
    闡述五臟六腑同養生的關係。
  • Explain how to achieve quality sleep.
    詳細講解建立優質睡眠的方法,並能應用。
  • How participants can achieve a healthy life through inexpensive diet.
    如何通過普通價廉的飲食達到養生的效果。
  •  Therapeutic Massage of legs’ meridians.
    常用小腿穴位保健按摩。

鄧健庭中醫師,香港註冊中醫師

 

Mr Tang is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner (CMP). He graduated from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and now works in Hong Kong Morning Light Clinic as a CMP. Mr Tang is a very experienced speaker in the sharing of leading a healthy life style with Chinese medicine.

 鄧醫師為香港註冊中醫師,於四川成都中醫藥大學中醫學學士畢業,現於香港晨曦中醫診所駐診中醫師,具有超過10年中醫養生普及講座的經驗。
