On Saturday, November 10, the HKAC and Carbon Care Innolab will conduct a simulation for university students in HK of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, or COP 24, to be held in Poland in December this year.  How can we fulfill the nationally determined commitments (NDCs) made in the Paris Accords in COP 21 in December 2015?  Our COP simulation will have 12 country teams of student delegates negotiating new NDCs.  Each country team will have roles representing Energy, Business and NGO sectors.  Students of all disciplines are invited.  The venue will be in the elegant offices of the global consultancy, PwC, 22/F, Edinburgh Tower, Landmark in Central
