| Getting From Good to Great

24 clinic supporting staff participated in a customer service workshop namely "Getting from Good to Great" on campus on 4 November 2011. It was a highly interactive team building programme that involved games, exercise, discussions, sharing and meditations. The workshop improved the cross-functional and divisional communication and understanding. The participants learned how to become more open-minded and think “outside the box”. After the training, they understood each other more in-depth and most of them were “charged-up” by the trainer.
