Notice of Reimbursement
For the reimbursement of application fee, we are collecting
official results and account information of runners. Thus,
if you have not given us your race no., please download your
official result and fax to 2330-1404
on or
before 3 March 2009, next Tuesday.
No Prize and refund after 3 March 2009.
**The refund was reimbursed by
auto payment from Finance Office of PolyU in mid April 2009.

A Flag Presentation Ceremony and Briefing
Seminar will be held on 16 Jan 2009 (Fri) 6:30 pm at Shaw
Sports Complex of PolyU. As a member of the PolyU Running
Squad, you are entitled to a free PolyU Runner's T-shirt or
Running Vest. Besides, we will provide team support on the
Race Day including luggage management, running chips
collection, phototaking and cheering. The distribution of
uniform and detail information will be presented during the
Briefing Seminar.
