Full-time students are primary service targets for use of lockers at $30 locker rental fee upon successful application. The lockers are provided for use till mid-June every year. All users should take note of the deadline of June 15 when their lockers are expected to be vacated for routine cleaning and annual maintenance.
Part-time students with special needs may be allocated lockers upon request and on a first-come-first-served basis. (Students studying programmes offered by College of Professional & Continuing Education should approach HKCC/SPEED/CyberU office for assistance.)
Special Message for existing locker users: existing locker users studying full-time programmes will not be affected by the new locker allocation policy which is implemented from July 2011.

*Users have to vacate and unlock their lockers on / before June 15 every year. Our Office reserves the right to force open any locker(s) to remove any items which are found inside lockers after the deadline for clearance. An administrative cost of $100 would be charged on users who fail to do so as a penalty.
Locker users’ obligations
- Observe the Locker Regulations. Do not violate any of the regulations.
- Keep your locker locked at all times with a strong padlock. Combination locks are not recommended.
- Always keep the locker allocated to you in a good condition. Do not stick any stickers, posters, etc on / inside the locker.
Important notes
The University will not be responsible for the security of the property kept in the lockers. Students are advised not to store any valuables in the lockers. In case of theft, students are advised to report to the Campus Security Control Centre (Room P110).
Unauthorized use of lockers is strictly prohibited. In case of unauthorized occupation of locker, SAO has the right to force open the locker to remove and dispose of the items therein without notification in advance. SAO is not liable for any loss or damage of items. Students will be penalized for occupying lockers without observing proper locker application procedures. Those unauthorized locker users will be charged an administrative fee of $100 per locker. |

To meet the needs of students who have registered for summer term subjects, and/or having special needs. SAO has reserved a small number of lockers as temporary provision for the summer term.

Notes
- Lockers for summer term are assigned by SAO, locker users will not be given any choice in terms of locker location as summer lockers are only available at designated zones.
- Users have to vacate and unlock their lockers on / before the deadline of September 30 set for summer users. Or else, the lockers would be cleared by SAO and an administrative fee of $100 would be charged as a penalty.
