For students taking compulsory coursework, a free transcript showing the results of individual subjects and specifying that the award comprises a thesis component also will be given to each research student upon graduation. However, the qualifying GPA will not be shown.

Additional copies of the transcript are available subject to a fee of HK$50 per copy. This amount does not include postage, which will be charged separately as appropriate. Payment shall be made either in cash at the University Cashier counter of the FO at C209, Shaw Amenities Building, or by cheque in Hong Kong dollars made payable to "The Hong Kong Polytechnic University".
