The Online Credit Card Payment method accepts all VISA and MASTER cards issued by whatever banks. However, credit cards like Diners Club and American Express are not accepted. Please follow the procedures below to settle the application fee upon successful submission of your application:
- Login to the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme On-line Application System (OAS) and click the link "Proceed to Payment".
- Verify your Application Reference Number and Click the button "Pay Now".
- Input all required information (Name of payer, Name of card holder and Email address) and click the button "Proceed to pay by Visa/MasterCard".
- On the JETCO payment gateway webpage, enter the required information and click the "Proceed". button. You will see a payment successful webpage and receive a payment acknowledgement email.
- Go to On-line Application System (OAS) to submit the proof of payment.
- Select the credit card type used to settle the application fee payment.
- Input name of card holder.
- Input the approval code (you may refer to the payment acknowledgement email) in the textbox entitled “Invoice Number/Receipt Number/Approval Code”.
- Input the transaction date showing dd/mm/yyyy.
- It is optional for you to upload payment proof and give remarks.
