ILO Help Sheet

Attempts to address Content Awareness in Educators. It is designed to aid Educators in visualising the impact of their ILO and enables Educators to focus the ILO to the characteristics of Geospatial Education It is an evaluative tool for creating, refining, and aligning ILOs to the context and specifics of the subject, help in identifying the possible discrepancies between the ILO as written down by the Educators with the ILOs perceived through different acts and aspects of tuition.

  1. ILO Help Sheet: Goal Setting & Reviewing
    Designed for focusing and reviewing set ILO. It encourages Educators to give conscious thought to what they are trying to achieve and to ensure ILO set is current and relevant to the modern day students.
    This tool is best suited for reviewing and evaluating the intention of the subject rather than conceiving new ILO. It takes into account the knowledge and skills developed within a topic/subject.

  2. ILO Help Sheet: Communicating Intention
    Designed to help visualise the linkage between ILO, the course designed, and how the course is perceived. It focuses on the communication aspect of ILO within a subject.
    It is a step-by-step approach to thinking how ILO devised by Educators translates to actions in the students and how these ILOs are perceived by students.
