FLIP Guide

Attempts to address the issues relating to the difficulty in Reinforcing Study in Students through Educators’ actions. The intention is to give Students ownership and control over learning styles and methods, guiding the Educators to encourage learning beyond classroom settings. It is designed to prepare Students for life-long learning and improve the Students’ interest in the subjects. This tool can be confused with the FLIPPED CLASSROOM, where it also attempts encourage independent learning from the Students. The development of this tool was based on the same principles, however it is aimed to be applied to both in-class learning and outside class learning, to encourage Educators to design their course in a way that focuses and enables learning. It contains a series of prompts that asks the Educators to clarify their teaching styles.
