Healthy Lifestyle

For students admitted in 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15

Healthy Lifestyle aims to help you acquire the basic knowledge and skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the quality of life by improving your physical well-being. Upon completion of this programme, you will be able to:

  • Develop an individual approach to maintain your physical, emotional and social well-being.
  • Acquire the basic knowledge of risk factors and safety issues for exercise and daily life.
  • Acquire the basic knowledge and the importance of maintaining a well-balanced diet and avoid unhealthy behaviors.

NeedToDo blue What you need to do: Enroll in the Healthy Lifestyle programme as instructed by the Office of Counselling & Wellness.

Important4 Important Note: If you are admitted as a Senior Year Intakes student or through Articulation Degree Programmes, you are NOT required to complete Healthy Lifestyle. Please refer to Senior Year Intakes/ Articulation Degree Programme for more details.
