Abstract:
How can we tell if our graduates have attained the intended learning outcomes of our programmes? What outcomes assessment strategies or methods can we use to find this out?

This workshop will:

1. explain the differences between subject assessment and programme outcomes assessment,
2. examine the challenges in developing good programme outcomes measures, and
3. explore possible outcomes assessment strategies or methods that departments/programme teams can employ to demonstrate and improve student learning outcomes of their programmes.
