Abstract:
Developing students?? meta-cognitive skills should also be important programme learning outcomes, in addition to outcomes that expect discipline knowledge acquisition and performance with professional competencies.  Sufficiency and adequacy in the amount of exposure to target learning goals and completion of learning activity processes should provide meaningful curricular platforms for such meta-cognitive skill development. This workshop will lead participants through an exercise of adding the two components for meta-cognitive skill development as programme intended learning outcomes and their assessment design.
