Abstract:
Employers can provide useful information on how well our graduates have achieved the intended learning outcomes because they can observe and judge the graduates' on-the-job performance against their expected standard. This outcomes assessment data, albeit indirect, can be valuable for curriculum design and programme improvement. In this seminar, the experience of conducting a cross-departmental employer survey will be shared by the facilitator.
