Event Summary

The “Customer’s Perceived Value of Hong Kong’s Retail Sector” research was initiated in 2004.  The project is longitudinal in nature and involves large-scale survey interviews with shoppers, both local and foreign twice a year.  This research project aims to assess both local shoppers’ and tourists’ perceived value toward local retail services in order to provide far-reaching implications for further improvement of service standards of local retail sectors.
