1. Adobe Open Options Contractual Licence Programme The Adobe Open Options Contractual Licence Programme (CLP) is a volume licensing programme which provides fixed discount levels for a list of commonly-used Adobe software products during the agreement. Under CLP, departments can enjoy over 30% discount on a list of common Adobe software licences until end December 2005. Maintenance Option Departments can also join the maintenance programme which will entitle them to the latest release and upgrades of the software within the programme period. Please note that departments can only subscribe the maintenance option at the time of licence acquisition. Media and Documentation CLP is a stand-alone licence option without any media or documentation sets. Departments can purchase a full-packaged product to serve as the master for installation. Media and documentation are also available for purchase separately under CLP. To facilitate more efficient and cost-effective acquisition of media, ITS will undertake to purchase the media of some commonly-used products. Departments may contact the ITS General Office at Ext. 5934 for borrowing and copying arrangements. Placing of Orders Departments who wish to purchase Adobe software licence and maintenance through CLP can raise PR to be sent to FO. Upon receipt of the copy of the Purchase Order (PO) from FO, departments may use as many copies of the software as purchased. Price Lists Click here for the licence price list.
