Participants will be able to explore their passion for food and wine matching, wine appreciation, cocktail creation, and chocolate and beverage matching under the supervision of experts.

Food and Wine Matching – 13 August
Beginners or professionals alike will be able to learn about wine, its varieties and characteristics, and how to match food to wine. Classical and modern Western cuisine and exciting foods from Asia will be matched with wines from both the new and old world.

Introduction to Wine Appreciation – 20 August
Participants will gain an appreciation of the role of wine in contemporary society and culture, with a basic understanding of wines, wine making and how to assess the taste and quality of wines. Both new and old world wines will be introduced and tasted. This workshop will improve participants' knowledge of and skills in wine tasting and will be a stepping-stone to further wine-tasting courses.

Creative Cocktails – 27 August
This course will allow participants to experience the making of classic and modern cocktails at its best. Participants will gain the necessary skills, self-confidence and professionalism to be able to prepare and mix classic and modern cocktails for all those special occasions.
