Marco Sacco, the proprietor of the Michelin two-star restaurant Piccolo Lago in Italy is paying a visit to Hong Kong this November. Witness this top chef create mouth-watering signature dishes in live demonstration here.


Exploring not only the ideas of “la vera cucina italiana” - authentic Italian Cuisine - he demonstrates the art of fresh pasta making, chats rice/risotto and presents some of his signature dishes: Carbonara au Koque & Violet Risotto.

*Marco Sacco, an Italian chef who earned his Michelin star for his restaurant in 2004and yet again in 2007, was trainedunder some of Europe’s most influential masterchefssuch as Raimbault of Restaurant L’Oasis, and Vissani of Ristorante Vissani. He has been featured in various cookingshows in Italian TV and is often invited to participate in international food festivals like the Gourmet Summit in Singapore andGourmet Abu Dhabi.
