A Complete Guide on Sake Navigator with

Sake Master

The Japanese spirits market has been the talk of the town. Sake is also an increasingly popular fixture on menus as bars and restaurants capitalise on the popularity of Japanese food and the drink's versatility in complementing other cuisines.  


Sake's rise has prompted the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which trains drinks professionals and enthusiastic amateurs, to launch its first sake courses in London half of decade ago. The course has since started running in New York and Hong Kong.  


Certificated by the Sake Service Institute International (SSI), this initial Sake Navigator course by Sake Samurai -  Ms Ayuchi Momose* will lead you through the incredibly rich and varied sake and spirits culture. A certificate will be issued upon completion of this entry level course endorsed by the SSI.

* Ms Ayuchi Momose is one of few individuals in the world given the prestigious title "Sake Samurai," awarded by the Japanese Sake Brewers Association. She is a SSI certified sake instructor and sommelier. She worked for New York TIC Restaurant Group and as founder of Momose Co Limited and Sake Bar GINN in Hong Kong, one of first sake bars in Hong Kong specialized in premium sake.
