Food Revolution: New Organic Cooking

In collaboration with Food Revolution, a worldwide food initiate, the Food and Wine Academy is pleased to invite famed British chef – Anthony Fletcher to showcase this latest trend of organic cooking. With the freshest organic ingredients from leading Homegrown Foods, you will learn new green cooking with following two dishes:

Organic Heirloom Tomato, Basil, Beetroot, Baby Cucumber Salad with Rosemary & Honey Dressing

This dish deliciously exhibits the fruit flavors of heirloom tomatoes. The combination of fresh beetroot, cucumber, rosemary and sweet honey all come together to create this mouth-watering summer salad

Organic Mushroom, Sweet Potato & Thyme Bake

The mushrooms and hearty flavour of thyme-scented contribute a delicate taste that contrasts nicely with sweet potatoes. This wonderful hot dish strikes a perfect balance between sweet and savory

*Launched March 2010, the Food Revolution campaign, which was initiated by renowned chef Jamie Oliver, is about saving the health of next generation. It aims at replacing junk, snacks and processed food with freshly cooked nutritious meals. This food revolution campaign is now spreading across the USA, UK and more cities in Asia. In 2010, he was awarded the prestigious TED Prize.

Terms & Conditions: 1. Unless workshop is cancelled by the Food and Wine Academy (FWA), all payment received are non-refundable and no-shows will be charged full payment. 2. Payment must be made at least 3 days before the workshop and can only be refunded if cancellation is submitted via email at least 2 days before the workshop. 3. The FWA reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. Any disputes relating to the workshop shall be decided by FWA, whose decision shall be final and conclusive. 4. Adverse Weather Arrangement: Workshop will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or black storm warning is raised within 2 hours before the start of workshop. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, full refund will be given.
