Discover Wines from Australasia

In this workshop, we will feature wines that are distantly Australian and New Zealand. With bold reds and impressive white wines from Australia to wonderful herbaceous wines of New Zealand, in which among them Marlborough’s Sauvignon Blanc is now regarded as a world benchmark for this varietal. Increasingly, Australian and New Zealand wine makers are becoming aware of their unique combination of soil and climate. During this workshop, you will sample several wines that taste distinctly different from the same varietals made elsewhere due to their unique terrior.

Terms & Conditions: 1. Unless workshop is cancelled by the Food and Wine Academy (FWA), all payment received are non-refundable and no-shows will be charged full payment. 2. Cheque payment must be made at least 3 days before the workshop and can only be refunded if cancellation is submitted via email at least 2 days before the workshop. 3. The FWA reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. Any disputes relating to the workshop shall be decided by FWA, whose decision shall be final and conclusive. 4. Adverse Weather Arrangement: Workshop will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or black storm warning is raised within 2 hours before the start of workshop. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, full refund will be given.
