Discover Wine Tasting Fundamentals

Wine tasting is ultimately about enjoyment. Wine, however, is complex and endlessly varied. Because wine varies and is complex enough to generate subjective responses to its flavour, appearance and texture, wine tasting has developed as a process. This three-hour workshop will teach you how to taste wine by following a well structured formula. The workshop will give you the tools to heighten your enjoyment of wine, and thereby pressing better value from your entertainment budget and wine knowledge.
