MR. WOLFRAM N. DIENER
Vice President of Convention and Exhibition Venetian Macau Limited

Mr. Wolfram N. Diener joined Venetian Macau Limited (VML), a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS), as Vice President of Convention and Exhibition in June 2005. Mr. Diener’s responsibilities include all operations of the Convention and Expo Center being built at The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel Casino on the Cotai Strip™, as well as the overall planning and management of VML’s trade show operations.
Mr. Diener has 20 years of international convention-center-and-marketing experience and has held leadership positions in convention and trade-show operations in Europe and Asia. He was awarded Top Entrepreneur in the Chinese Convention and Exhibition Industries for three consecutive years. Mr. Diener is also a founding member of the Fudan Institute for Major Events and Service Industries at Fudan University in Shanghai.
Most recently, Mr. Diener was the General Manager of Shanghai New International Expo Centre Co., Ltd (SNIEC), a Sino-German joint venture and one of the biggest venues of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to his position at SNIEC, Mr. Diener was the Managing Director of the noted trade-show organizer, Messe Frankfurt overseeing Asian affiliates.
Mr. Diener began his career as a founder of a private newspaper in Germany and then moved to become Assistant Manager of the Trade Promotions Department in the State of Saxonia. He also worked as a Director of a six-month long open-air festival in Pforzheim, and Director of the Overseas Department at Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH, responsible for trade fairs and congresses world-wide.
Mr. Diener is married and a father of two sons. He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences, Pforzheim, in Germany, majoring in Business Management.
