MR. BAOCAI FAN
Project Manager of Sailing Committee (Qingdao) of BOCOG

Born in 1974, Baocai Fan’ passion for new challenge brought him to a unique organization, Sailing Committee of BOCOG. The committee is responsible for preparing and organizing 2008 Olympic Sailing Regatta in Qingdao , a historical event in the 100 year dynamic and beautiful coastal city.

Before joining Sailing Sub-committee, Fan’s working experience involved into municipal water treatment field with a focus on international liaison. Fan was the main liaison officer for a Sino-Germany water treatment project and project manager for a Sino-Germany water training program. He is presently responsible for international relationships and logistics in Sailing Sub-committee .
