How to we get to Macao from Hong Kong? |
The ferry ride
from Hong Kong and Kowloon takes just an hour. The jetfoils
and jetcats (catamaran) offer a smoother ride compared to
the turbocats and therefore would be the preferred choice
for those who are prone to sea-sickness. Ferries run round
the clock with departures every 15 minutes from 09:45 to
19:30, and every 30 minutes from 06:00 to 09:45 and 19:30
to 04:00. There is no service between 04:00 and 06:00.
You
can obtain more detailed information on Turbojet services
at http://www.turbojet.com.hk/index.htm
and going to Service Routes for the departure times and
fares. You may also try HK Ferries, another operator, that
offers a 70-minute turbocat services from Kowloon only.
Their booking line is (853) 726301.
