MR. MICHAEL DUCK
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CMP ASIA

Michael Duck joined CMP Asia (previously known as the Hong Kong Trade Fair Group) in May 1994. His responsibilities include management of the Group’s trade fair activities in Greater China and the USA, to name but a few exhibitions, the Asia Pacific Leather Fair, Cosmoprof Asia, HBA Global Expo and Marintec China. CMP Asia operates in 13 market sectors through its regional headquarters in Hong Kong with 400 staff in 10 major cities in Asia and the USA. It has more than 80 media products comprising over 70 tradeshows held in seven countries/regions and 15 publications with associated B2B websites.

Mr Duck is also a Director of CMP Shanghai Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co Ltd, one of the largest independent Chinese JV trade fair organizers in the PRC.

Mr Duck has worked in the UK, New Zealand, Italy, Australia, Greece and Hong Kong where he has been for the last sixteen years. Prior to joining CMP Asia, he was trading director for the Vestey Group in Hong Kong.

He is currently serving at the following chambers and associations:
