1. Full-time staff members leaving the University's service at the age of 60 or above and have served the institution for at least 15 years, and their legal spouse, are eligible for Long Serving Retiree's Card and Long Serving Retiree's Spouse Card.
2. Full-time staff members leaving the University's service on approved early retirement under the mechanism introduced in July 2001 or completion of contract initiated and approved by the University due to organization restructuring and have served the institution for at least 15 years are eligible for Long Serving Retiree's Card.
