All former full-time staff members:

1. who were on superannuable terms / regular terms / gratuity-bearing contracts and left the University at the age of 60 or above; or
2. who left the University on approved early retirement;

are eligible to apply for life-long email service by completing the Email Service Request Form. Pre-approved Forms are available at the Human Resources Office.
