Non-hall Accommodation

There are quite a number of private rental units available on lease in the vicinity of Hung Hom area (within 15-minute walking distance of PolyU campus).

Students' Responsibility

Students are reminded to check the authenticity and accuracy of the landlord/property via land search at the Land Registry, liaise with landlord/agent for inspecting the room/flat beforehand, and negotiate with parties concerned before committing/signing any agreement/documents.

Students may look for accommodation through other channels, e.g. units in the open market via friends, relatives or the local property agencies.
