Hall fees for Students Living in YWCA

Fees
1) Lodging Fee: HK$5,180 for the first semester only
HK$11,400 for the whole academic year
2) Caution Money:  HK$1,000 (charged by YWCA and will be refunded subject to no claim being outstanding at check-out)
Remarks: 1) Lodging fee covers the fee for using room air-conditioners;
2) No request for refund will be entertained for late occupancy or b early departure during the residential period reserved
Method of payment

Students can settle the Caution Money, which is charged by YWCA, by credit card or cash upon check-in.

For the Lodging Fee, an debit note from PolyU will be given to students via YWCA after check-in. Students can settle it by cash at any Hang Seng Bank (a Hang Seng Bank branch is located in the university campus.)
Refund of Caution Money

1) If students pay the Caution Money by credit card, it will be refunded to the credit card account upon check-out.
