Regulations and Rules

1) Students shall abide by the Rules and Regulations stipulated by the YWCA Anne Black Guest House. Violation of relevant rules and regulations can lead to termination of residence.

2) The University reserves the rights in assigning rooms and beds to students.

3) The University and/or its authorized representatives, maintains the right to enter the rooms, with or without prior notice, whether or not in the presence of the student, for the purposes of ensuring the hygiene, health, safety, security and other situation as deemed necessary.

4) Subletting and transfer of the right of residence to any person are absolutely prohibited.

5) Upon termination of residence, students shall remove all personal property in the assigned room and the premises prior to check-out. Any property found after the termination of residence shall be disposed of and the University disclaims any liability for the loss of or damage to such property.

6) The University maintains the right to terminate the residence of a student for violating the regulations, or for any other serious misconducts. No refund of any lodging fee paid shall be made in this situation as a disciplinary action.

7) Noise and rowdy games are not allowed, especially from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
