Warden of Orange Hall

Prof. Cecilia Li-Tsang, Department of Rehabilitation Sciences

Welcome you all to join our hall and become one of the members in our big family. Our Hall culture is to encourage open mindedness, creativity and innovation. Our Hall theme is “Open for possibilities” meaning that everything could be made possible.

The “Orange” color of our hall also symbolizes the Sun, showing its warmth, brightness and positive nature of life. With The SUN shining our hall, I am sure you will find your hall life excited, warm and with lots of fun.

Hall life is a miniature of the society! It is your first time stepping out from home to a new environment. We all learn to live and accommodate, to be a team player or a leader, to learn different culture and to outreach for friends and peers from local and overseas countries.

I am sure some of you may also heard of our annual signature event, “Sunshine October”. We had the first “Tug of War” competition in our Homantin Hall, followed by our Costume party. We were so thrilled by the enthusiasm of our hall mates, their participation, their team spirit and most importantly, their sense of belongings to the hall. It is you who will create the hall culture and make things POSSIBLE.

OUR MOTTO: TO GIVE AND TO TAKE, TO CREATE, TO MAKE THINGS POSSIBLE
