The brand-new PolyU Student Halls of residence was completed in August 2002. It is Strategically located at the Hung Hom district of Kowloon peninsula, with Kowloon-Canton Railway (KCR), the ferries and buses in the vicinity for easy access to every corner of Hong Kong.

The panoramic view of Victoria Harbour and the tranquil surrounding of the Hall, in addition to the renowned shopping malls with fine dining and entertainment facilities in the neighbourhood, make it an ideal place for residence, downtown business and sightseeing.

The Hall mainly opens for full-time PolyU students, whereas exchange students, scholars and visitors referred by PolyU departments are normally welcomed for short-term accommodation. The Hall is managed by the Hall Management Section (HMS) of the Student Affairs Office.
