A total of nine outlets including the Student Canteens, Staff Canteen, Student/Staff Restaurants, Coffee/Theatre Lounges and Lawn Café, providing about 2,300 seats.

Four different caterers are contracted to operate the respective outlets.

The Canteens, Coffee Lounge and Lawn Café cater for the basic needs of students and staff for fast, low-priced, and yet nutritious meals.

The Restaurants and Theatre Lounge cater for the social needs of students and staff, with better dining environment, higher grade food and full table service. A relatively higher price is charged.

The Finance Office of the University is responsible for the monitoring of campus catering services through the Catering Committee in which both students and staff are represented.
