Distribution of Surgical Masks to Departments

We would like to inform you that, when there is such a situation that warrants putting on surgical masks, FMO, upon receipt of the relevant instructions, will arrange distribution of surgical masks to departments for staff use. At present, surgical masks sufficient for one week's consumption based on the staff record of departments kept by HRO at the time was distributed to departments in January 2004. Departments have been requested to keep the surgical masks in good condition and distribute to their staff when the need arises.

Distribution of surgical masks will be done by a contractor who is required to deliver boxes of surgical masks to individual departments according to the information in the delivery notes provided to the contractor. A responsible staff of each department will then sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt of the surgical masks and each department is responsible for issuing surgical masks to its staff.
