• Collection of recyclable materials;
• Distribution of surgical masks to departments;
• Energy management;
• Fire safety;
• First aid box management;
• Indoor air quality management;
• Management of chemical waste stores;
• Management of dangerous goods stores;
• Management of radioactive waste store;
• Roof access arrangement;
• Testing and certification of boilers/ pressure vessels;
• Testing and certification of lifting appliances / lifting gear;
• Testing and certification of laboratory fume-cupboards and biosafety cabinets;
• Testing and maintenance of drinking fountain;
• Testing and maintenance of emergency showers / eye-washers;
• Wastewater treatment management;
• Working in "Confined Spaces".
