Quality Assurance Policy

We strive to achieve standard of quality so as to support FMO's Vision and Mission with a view to meeting internal, external customers and stakeholders' expectation as well as strengthening the quality culture among all FMO staff.

Terms of reference

  • To monitor, oversee and approve matters relating to the implementation of all quality related initiatives;
  • To provide overall strategic direction to the formulation of the Quality Management System;
  • To monitor and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System;
  • To provide strategic advice on promoting the Quality Management System to FMO's major stakeholders;
  • To recommend resources requirements for the implementation of quality related initiatives and activities such as Quality Circles;
  • To formulate strategies and action plan to address weaknesses and provide guidance for continuous improvement to the Quality Management System;
  • To promote quality culture and sharing of good practices;
  • To conduct a comprehensive review on departmental Quality Management System every five years.
