Assurance Policy
We strive to achieve standard of quality so as to support FMO's Vision and Mission with a view to meeting internal, external customers and stakeholders' expectation as well as strengthening the quality culture among all FMO staff.
Terms of reference

To monitor, oversee and approve matters relating to the implementation of all quality related initiatives;

To provide overall strategic direction to the formulation of the Quality Management System;

To monitor and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System;

To provide strategic advice on promoting the Quality Management System to FMO's major stakeholders;

To recommend resources requirements for the implementation of quality related initiatives and activities such as Quality Circles;

To formulate strategies and action plan to address weaknesses and provide guidance for continuous improvement to the Quality Management System;

To promote quality culture and sharing of good practices;

To conduct a comprehensive review on departmental Quality Management System every five years.
