The 6th polysystemic Language and Education Symposium: Being Explict in Teaching

The PolySystemic Language Education Symposium is designed to contribute to our ongoing systemic functional linguistics discussions, building on and complementing previous events in our region and providing a forum for the development of new collaborative initiatives and of our collective advancement of systemic functional linguistics. The 6th PolySystemic Language Education Symposium will address the most recent research and development regarding “Teaching and Teachers’ Role in Education”. It will include talks by a number of local colleagues as well as guest speakers from abroad.
 
Registration fee: HK$200 (to be paid in cash on the day, pre-registration is essential)
 (The registration fee will be waived for PolyU students and staff, but you do need to register.)

Workshop Theme: Exploring meaning making in the cooperation of language and body language in live lecture data
