Communication Services
Internally, CPA delivers a wide range of communication services for the Senior Management. The Office also provides translation and editorial services to the University administration and for the annual Congregation.
Training Seminars & Workshops
Training seminars and workshops on communications related topics such as media handling skills, external relations for public organizations are organized for departmental PR/marketing coordinators to help strengthen their communication skills. Regular gatherings/sharing sessions with them are also organized to foster a more coordinated approach in promoting the University to the public.
Annual Management Workshop
CPA has been charged with the task of organizing the annual Management Workshop for senior staff members.
Weekly Summary
CPA compiles and sends out the "weekly summary of media reports concerning PolyU and higher education" via email to staff every Monday. It also monitors media coverage related to the University on a daily basis.

In addition, the Office plays a key role in establishing and consolidating the institutional database of mailing addresses.
