Cover story: Universities worldwide have a reputation for keeping up with the times, and being always forward-looking, particularly in the area of information technology. What role does IT play in the local education context? The cover story features an in-depth interview with Mr Richard Li, PolyU's Director of Information Technology Services, the brains behind the many technological initiatives the university has launched in recent years. Mr Li gives an update on the IT development on campus, where teachers and students are becoming increasingly techno-savvy.
