In support of the nation’s Belt and Road Initiative, PolyU launched the “Belt and Road Cross-Professional Advancement Programme”, the first-ever cross-professional platform for professionals and business leaders in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland to exchange experiences in the infrastructure projects of the Belt and Road countries. The Programme will also allow them to strengthen ties, explore market opportunities and develop multilateral collaborations.
Funded with $2.32 million from the Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme of The Commerce and Economic Development Bureau of the HKSAR Government, the Programme to be commenced in January 2019 has received support from 25 professional bodies.
