In appreciation of the Chan family’s significant contributions to PolyU's hospitality and tourism management education, the premises of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) was named after the late Mr Chan Chak-fu, and his wife Mrs Esther Chan Wong Chi-lan.
Located at Tsim Sha Tsui East, adjoining the University’s teaching and research hotel - Hotel ICON, the premises occupies a total floor area of 6,400 m2 and can accommodate about 3,000 students.
