Prof. Yung Kai-leung, Associate Head of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, has recently been elected Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences. The honour is given to those who have distinguished achievements in serving Hong Kong with top quality engineering expertise.
