The School of Nursing (SN) of PolyU recently offered the International Nursing Scholarship for Pre-PhD in Research Excellence (INSPPIRE) programme to high-calibre international and local students. Co-organized by SN and its four centres, including the Centre for Gerontological Nursing, Centre for Smart Health, WHO Collaborating Centre for Community Health Services and Squina International Centre for Infection Control, the programme covers knowledge in ageing and health, transitional, supportive and palliative care as well as family and community health.

Held on 7-18 July, the programme provided a unique doctoral learning experience that equipped participants to face challenges in the real world.
