In early December, the Institute of Advanced Executive Education of PolyU organized a workshop titled “The Zen of Project Execution” conducted by Prof. Gregg Li, Professor of Practice (Accounting). Specially designed to train senior executives to master the execution and governance of high-stake projects, the workshop introduced the importance of focus, balance, risk management and innovation.
