PolyU’s Faculty of Business and the School of Management at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) have set up a Joint PhD Supervision Scheme for research collaboration via joint supervision of UCAS PhD students.

Under the Scheme, a maximum of three top students from UCAS’ School of Management will be selected by both universities each year and they will stay for 12 months at PolyU as Research Assistants. They will be supervised by a chief supervisor from UCAS and a co-supervisor from PolyU for their research work. After leaving PolyU, they will return to UCAS to continue their research. Upon passing the examinations in which supervisors from both universities will serve as examiners, they can then obtain the UCAS PhD degree. Details>>
