According to the H-index listed in Microsoft Academic Search, Prof. Qi Li-qun, Chair Professor and Head of PolyU’s Department of Applied Mathematics, is ranked 15 among some 27,030 top authors in the “Control and Optimization” discipline. In addition, Prof. Ye Yin-yu, PolyU’s Honorary Professor, is ranked number one in the world in this category.
