PolyU’s Knowledge Management Research Centre organized the Forum on Knowledge Management in Government on 11 June. Officiating at the Forum included Mr Nicolas W. Yang, Executive Vice President of PolyU, Dr the Honourable Samson Tam, Legislative Councillor, and Mr Kim Salkeld, Head of Efficiency Unit of the HKSAR Government.
