Post-exchange Follow-up Actions
Students are required to take the following actions after the exchange study:
Complete the online post-exchange questionnaire,which will be sent to your PolyU email address after exchange
Hand in the
post-exchange report

Hand in copy of credit-transfer approval letter
Attend de-briefing and sharing sessions
Be a peer advisor of the newly selected outbound students
