Notice (4th May 2005):
Thank you very much for your registration and we have received
a satisfactory number of registrations. Please note that
the registration has closed since we cannot handle any more
registration and the number of registrants have already reached
the full capacity of our limited places available at this
inaugural conference.

Fees
The conference registration fee includes participation in all conference events and other scheduled functions (cocktails, refreshments, luncheons, conference dinner and social activities), and a copy of the Conference Abstracts. Accommodation is not included .

For online registration, the organiser will first debit the payee's credit
card account in Hong Kong dollars (e.g. HK$2,730 early bird individual
rate). The credit card company will charge the payee according
to its currency exchange rate at the time of transaction.
Conditions
Upon receipt of both registration and full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent via email to the registrant.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing by the registrant and will be subjected to the following conditions:
Fees will be refunded for withdrawal received on or before 15th April, 2005 minus an administration charge of US$50 / HK$400. Withdrawal received after 15th April, 2005 will not be refunded.
Registration and Payment
Payment can be made by credit card through online registration. For mail registration, use a bank draft or a cheque payable to "The Hong Kong Polytechnic University" and drawn on a Hong Kong bank, or a Hong Kong branch of an International bank for the total amount in US
dollars or HK dollars (Approximate exchange rate: US$1=HK$7.8).
