Structure of Paper Sessions
Papers will be organised according to themes. (see Call
for Papers)
The total time for each session is 90 minutes and will include three paper presentations.
Each presenter will have a maximum of 20 minutes for presenting
his/her paper plus 10 minutes for discussion.
Each session will be chaired by a facilitator, who will introduce
and time speakers, and lead the discussion.
Guidelines
for Round-table Discussions
For round-table discussions, the total time for each session is 90 minutes and
will include four to six presenters according to their presentation
themes. This consists of mini-presentations of about 10 minutes
each, and followed by discussion. There will be facilitator, presenters and audiences at each table.
The facilitator will lead the discussion.
Please bring a talking paper for audiences. Presenters are also
invited to make copies of the paper available for audiences.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Available space for each poster is 0.75 x 2.0 m. Please make
the font easily readable from the viewing distance – point
25 or
more is recommended.
Posters will be placed on different poster sessions on all
three days of the conference in the exhibition area. It is
recommended
that presenters attend their designated poster session to discuss

Presenters need to put up their posters accordingly to the
posting schedule. The Conference Organising Committee will
notify the
presenters of the posting schedule in May 2005 when the program
details are
finalized.
Presentation Room and Equipment
Computer, overhead projector and laser pointer will be available in each room. Internet connection is available in some of the rooms. Presentors who need internet connection during their presentations have to notify the organiser by 28th February 2005. The computer system supports Microsoft Office XP or older version (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
